However, Defacto-clima.gr is not responsible if product characteristics or other product-related content sold through our Online Store are inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or contain errors.
All prices listed are exclusive of VAT and shipping costs. Defacto Clima accepts no liability if the connection and installation of machines are not carried out by a certified technician/installer. Furthermore, since several products are made to order and not regularly stocked, the final price and availability of each order are subject to final confirmation immediately after the order is placed.

RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES
Defacto Clima reserves the right to make any changes to the Online Store, its commercial policy, and these Terms of Use whenever deemed necessary.

APPLICABLE LAW – DISPUTES
Visitors of the Defacto-clima.gr Online Store automatically agree that these Terms of Use are subject to the laws of the Hellenic Republic regarding any disputes arising between users and the Defacto-clima.gr Online Store, and consequently Defacto Clima.
Any dispute related in any way to the use of the Online Store Defacto-clima.gr or to the products or services sold through it shall first be attempted to be resolved out of court. If no such resolution is reached, disputes and related issues shall be resolved under Greek Law before the competent Courts of Athens.
